| A | We do not use dangerous chemicals but you will want to wait until carpets are dry before allowing children and pets to walk or lay on the carpets. Their skin may become irritated from the slightly acidic moisture. Treatment is to simple rinse the exposed skin, so no worries. |

| A | We do not move heavy, fragile, expensive or electronic furniture. We do not move personal items or smalls. Please have the rooms ready to clean prior to our arrival. |

| A | While the carpets may be slightly damp after cleaning, they are safe to walk on with clean, dry, or shoe-covered feet. We recommend limiting foot traffic until the carpets are fully dry to prevent re-soiling. Be careful not to slip when exiting the carpet onto a hard surface. |

We always follow up encapsulation with several dry bonnet passes to dry the carpet and extract the dirt from the carpet immediately. |

| A | Carpet cleaning and stain removal are two different things. If a dirty spot comes clean from carpet cleaning, it is not a stain. A stain will remain no matter how much you clean it. We do also offer stain removal at an extra charge. |

| A | The answer varies but typically twice a year. Homes with pets and or excess traffic may need cleaning even more often. |

| A | No, a proper carpet cleaning will not fade the carpets. Typically, If fading is noticed after cleaning it is only because something prior to cleaning caused the fading and was later exposed by cleaning. |

| A | We don’t promise it will be dry before we leave but this is often the case. The expected drying time is about 2 hours depending on the climate at the time of your cleaning. We have air movers to help accelerate the drying process and advise you to make sure to provide air flow after we leave. |
